What we process and why

We process the information you give us when you contact us or book a meeting: your name, email, company, message and meeting details. Name, email and message are required on the form because we cannot reply without them.

We use this information to reply to you, prepare proposals and manage customer relationships. We do not sell your data or add you to a marketing list. Please do not send passwords or sensitive information through the form.

Legal bases

• Inquiries from private individuals: steps prior to a contract, or the contract itself.
• Company contacts: our legitimate interest in handling business inquiries and customer relationships.
• Bookkeeping: legal obligation.
• Calendly scheduling: consent, which you can withdraw in the cookie settings.

Service providers

• Cloudflare hosts the website and processes your IP address and browser details to deliver and protect the pages.
• Formspree forwards form messages to our email.
• Google Workspace is our email service.
• Calendly handles scheduling when it is in use. The calendar loads only with your permission.

Some providers may process data outside the EU and EEA. These transfers rely on a European Commission adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another basis under the GDPR.

Retention

Inquiries that do not lead to a proposal or customer relationship are normally deleted 12 months after the last contact. Information related to proposals and customer relationships is kept for as long as the contract, possible legal claims and the law require. Only people who need the information for their work can access it.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, or ask us to correct, delete, restrict or transfer it. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest and withdraw your consent at any time.
